Nous avons pens\u00e9 ce concours comme un tremplin pour ceux qui ont la cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 et la motivation, mais qui manquent de mat\u00e9riel ou de courage pour se lancer.<\/p>\n<p>Cin\u00e9sth\u00e9sie se veut aussi un m\u00e9dia d&rsquo;expression. Nous sommes persuad\u00e9s que l&rsquo;art cin\u00e9matographique est un moyen privil\u00e9gi\u00e9 de transmettre un message engag\u00e9 et de porter un message percutant au service de la
